AWE Awards Ceremony
AWE (African Women in Europe) 1st Awards 2011 ceremony will be held in berlin Germany on 18th June 2011.
A.W.E award aim is to recognize and award African Women living, working, and studying, in business in Europe. This is a good chance for women to market their product and services, a chance to be exposed and to be rewarded for their achievement.
The need for the Award came from analysis from African women in Europe website with over 600 registered members. Through a voluntary online radio show interviews we thought there was a need to have this Awards to acknowledge the African women achievement

- This will be an exposure opportunity for you and your company.
- You will be a role model to the African community around you.
Procedure
Anyone can submit for application for free for consideration during the Public Submissions period. Please feel free to submit yourself or colleagues for consideration. For each award, the individual in the 1st and the 2ndposition will automatically become an Official Nominee. The Nominees will present their company/product during the ceremony and thereafter will be voted by the attendees of the award ceremony. The person with the highest vote will be the winner of that particular Award.
Winners of the categories section will be determined by the public vote. They will receive certificate during the Award ceremony.
N/B Nominees for the award and the winners of the categories will attend the ceremony.

March 15, 2011 – Official Nominees Announced
March 30, 2011 -Award Nominees/ Categories, Voting Begins
May 15, 2011 – Voting ends, Visionary Award Recipient Announced
Saturday 18th June, 2011 – Winners Announced at AWE Awards Ceremony in Berlin Germany
