The Awards
There will be three types of Awards to be offered during the ceremony

2) FASHION DESIGNER OF THE YEAR
3) WRITER OF THE YEAR
4) BLOGGER OF THE YEAR
5) MOST INNOVATIVE PERSON
6) SPORTS PERSONEL OF THE YEAR
7) AGENT OF THE YEAR Tourism/Airline /Money transfer etc.)
8) CAREER WOMAN OF THE YEAR
Public vote:
During the Public vote period, members of the public are encouraged to submit the names and URLs of website and individuals for consideration across 10 categories. Only one submission per IP address per day is allowed. Individuals may only submit via the submission forms found on the A.W.E event .org domain and via direct emails to info@africanwomenineurope.eu /application@africanwomenineurope.eu for consideration on a case-by-case basis. Use of a submission from on an external site or server constitutes a violation of the rules and is grounds for disqualification. A.W.E Events Organizers reserves the right to disqualify votes and submissions at its sole discretion.
Announcements: The A.W.E Awards winners will be announced at the A.W.E Awards ceremonies. Nominees understand that all awards may not be given or publicized in the same manner and some might be presented in a ceremony and others might not.
Timeline of Important Dates
Tuesday, January 15, 2011 – Public application Submissions and Official Entries Open
Friday, March 13, 2011 – Application Submission Close
March 15, 2011 – Official Nominees Announced
March 30, 2011 -Award Nominees/ Categories, Voting Begins
Late May 15, 2011 –Voting will be closed
June 18, 2011 – Winners Announced at A.W.E Awards Ceremony
